1. Who we are
The Rockford Racing League (RRL) is a private, independent community league for Grand Theft Auto Online. This website is run by the person named in the Legal Notice ("we", "us"). It has no connection to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. These terms apply to everyone who uses this website. Using the website is free of charge and does not require an account.
2. What the website offers
The website shows information about the league: schedule, standings, statistics, teams, rules, vehicle classes, tracks, media and the league's history. It is provided as a free service. We can change, pause or end any part of it, or the whole website, at any time.
3. Accuracy of the information
We take care to keep standings and statistics correct. Results can still be provisional until penalties, complaints and other decisions are settled, and errors can occur despite our care. The league rules and the decisions of the league's Commission take precedence over what is displayed on this website. If you spot a mistake, please tell us (see section 8) and we will correct it. We give no guarantee that the content is complete, up to date or free of errors.
4. League participation
Taking part in races is governed by the Rules and by the arrangements made on our Discord server, not by these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not attack or overload the website, try to access data that is not meant for you, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others. Short quotes and links to our pages are welcome; copying large parts of the content or the design requires our prior consent.
6. Intellectual property and game content
Layout, texts, graphics and other content created for this website belong to the operator or the respective authors; see also the Copyright section of the Legal Notice. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names, logos, vehicles, tracks and game content are the property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Rockstar Games or their licensors and are used here only to describe the community league. Names of drivers, teams and sponsors shown in the league belong to their respective owners.
7. Links and third-party content
The website links to third-party sites and loads a few resources from third parties (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
8. Corrections, anonymisation and notices
You can ask us to correct data, to anonymise your driver name or to remove a picture, and you can report content that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights. Please write to contact@leonidaracing.com (English or German) and tell us what and where it is, with a link if possible, and why it is a problem. You can also reach us through the options on the Contact page. We look at every message and answer as soon as we can.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential for using the website, and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected. Otherwise we are not liable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms if the website or the law changes. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
11. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you.
