Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (Section 7(1) DDG). Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only begins when we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we learn of such infringements, we will remove the content without delay. Please report them by e-mail.
Liability for links
This site contains links to external third-party websites (for example Discord, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, PlayStation, Rockstar Games Social Club and gtacars.net). We have no influence on their content and therefore cannot accept any liability for it. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were set; no unlawful content was apparent at that time. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of a violation, we will remove the link without delay.
Copyright
Content and works created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author. Contributions by third parties are marked as such. If you believe a piece of content infringes your rights, please tell us by e-mail and we will look into it promptly.
